By creating an account, accessing, or using Post Scheduler, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MVP Stack LTD. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service.

Post Scheduler is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to:

• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Manage multiple social media accounts from a unified dashboard
• Analyze performance metrics and engagement data
• Create and organize content calendars
• Collaborate with team members on content creation and scheduling

We currently support the following platforms: Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Additional platforms may be added at our discretion.

Account Registration and Security

To use Post Scheduler, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security requirements.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Post Scheduler offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited features including 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts per month
• Paid Plans: Various monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options with enhanced features
• Early Adopter Lifetime Plans: Limited-time offers available to a maximum of 50 users

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges. You can view current pricing and plan details on our pricing page.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until expiration
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan
• No further charges will be made

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans, including lifetime subscriptions. To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Post Scheduler only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass messaging
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Service
• Use automated tools to access our Service without permission
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms

We reserve the right to monitor content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule through Post Scheduler. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and transmit your content to provide our services
• Post your content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
• Create backups and copies necessary for service delivery

This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and terminates when you delete content or close your account.

Post Scheduler and all associated trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by MVP Stack LTD. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Social Media Platform Integration

Post Scheduler integrates with third-party social media platforms through official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts:

• You authorize us to post content on your behalf according to your scheduling instructions
• You remain responsible for all content posted to your social media accounts
• You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• You acknowledge that platform policy changes may affect our ability to provide certain features

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, API limitations, or service interruptions that may affect our ability to deliver services.

Service Availability and Support

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. Our Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Third-party platform outages or API changes
• Technical difficulties or system failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We provide customer support through email and our online contact form. Response times vary by subscription plan, with priority support available for paid subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MVP STACK LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MVP Stack LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post or schedule through our Service

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable notice period
• Scheduled posts will no longer be published
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
